Congratulations on reaching your goal for the 2016 Adventures in Success incentive program! Read on to learn more about your travel destination options and how to register for your well-earned trip.

Booking Instructions 

1. Call AAA Travel to book your trip!  Your AAA Travel Agent is Gena Gilligan (800-851-9692 x305).  Introduce yourself as a J.M. Wilson Adventures in Success Award Winner.

2. Have your trip information handy and be sure you have familiarized yourself with your chosen trip.

3. Have your first choice for dates of travel along with a second choice in case of unforeseen conflict. Important: Trips must be booked a minimum of three months prior to your departure date. The final date to book is September 30, 2017. Trips not booked by September 30, 2017 will be forfeited. In addition, trips must be taken by December 30, 2017.

4. Know the closest major metropolitan airport from which you can depart.

5. Predetermine and advise the travel agent of the number of days and the number of persons traveling, if you wish to add to your award package. This will be at your expense.

6. Have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.  All names of persons traveling should be given as they appear on their identification.

7. Additional services not listed here may be available from AAA Travel.  Feel free to ask for assistance, but be aware that you may incur extra charges.

AAA Travel is pleased to be chosen by J.M. Wilson as your travel consultant! Listed below are a few key items. 

  • Be sure to closely read your rules and regulations document included.
     

  • Choose your dates of travel carefully. Once a reservation has been made and confirmed, any changes may result in a cost to you.
     

  • Trips must be booked three months prior to your departure date.  The final date to book is September 30, 2017.Trips not booked by September 30, 2017 will be forfeited.  Blackout dates such as Christmas and New Year's Eve apply.
     

  • Your award package is for two adults sharing one room.  You may increase the number of persons traveling or the length of your stay for an additional fee. Any deviations should be brought to the travel consultant's attention.
