When does the premium need to be booked in order to qualify?

All premium must be booked between 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2020 and 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2020 (over premium booked between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019) in order to qualify.

What is considered booked premium?

Premium that is booked within the qualifying period for new and/or renewal policies, additional premium and/or return premium endorsements, cancellations, and audits. All premium on a reporting form or payment plan are applied as they are booked.

How can I determine my progress in the Program?

A monthly email update will be sent to the contact indicated on the registration form, using the information that was provided by the registrant. Updates are sent on or around the 15th of each month, which will include three numbers: your 2019 annual premium amount, your 2020 YTD premium amount, and the difference between those two numbers. The number given as the difference is your indicator for which trip level you are closest to reaching.

Will I be awarded a trip for each trip level I achieve?

No, trips are awarded based on the highest trip level achieved; however, participants also have the option to choose one trip from a level lower than their achieved level, as applicable.

How will I know if I won?

Winners will be notified on or before January 29, 2021 via email to the email address indicated on the registration form.

When can I book my trip?

Trip packages must be booked three months prior to departure between February 1st, 2021 and September 30th, 2021 at the discretion of the prize recipient.  Any trip not redeemed by September 30, 2021 will be forfeited.  Travel must take place between April 20th, 2021 and December 15th, 2021.  Holidays are excluded.

Can I give my trip to someone else?

Yes, trips may be gifted to a co-worker, friend, family member, etc. at the sole discretion of the registrant. (Excluding any associate, affiliate, or person acting on behalf of J.M. Wilson Corporation)

Who can I take with me on my trip?

Anyone you'd like! All trips include round-trip airfare and accommodations for two. (Excluding any associate, affiliate, or person acting on behalf of J.M. Wilson Corporation)

Does everyone in my agency receive a trip if we win?

Only one trip will be awarded per agency, however, if your agency has multiple locations with separate billing, each location that registers to participate will be eligible to receive a trip.
